The Big Mac

Do you remember the commercial that McDonalds had for the Big Mac? Two all-beef patties, special sauce, lettuce, cheese, pickles, onions on a sesame seed bun. The advertisement sole purpose was to convince the audience how delicious the Big Mac was. The ad features a perfectly made burger, with all the ingredients listed. The idea of the advertisement is to capture the audience attention. The photographer and the preparer of the big mac do a good job in capturing the audience attention. The ad is appealing to someone whom is trying to decide what to have to eat. If you are caught hungry this looks like the perfect time to have a big mac.The claim presented is this is a burger too good to be pass up. The big mac may as well be the best of all burgers. The burger is eye appealing and as mention earlier, every item of the burger is displayed neatly. However, if you have ever been to McDonalds, you would know this is false advertisement. Having work for McDonald, I can say they do try to create a perfect burger The big mac is also known as one of the first burgers on the menu of McDonalds. Throughout the years there have been improvements to the burger. Other restaurants have tried to imitate the big mac i.e. In and out burgers is similar to the big mac with its own special sauce. The ad does show all the ingredients that are mention in the commercial, and this is what enhances the appearance of the big mac. Many have tried to duplicate the big mac, but none have been successful. McDonald’s always try to keep in sync with the society of today. McDonalds is a worldwide establishment. I have had the opportunity to dine at McDonalds while visiting Japan. The ad clearly states that the big mac will be around for years to come.
